Privacy policy
Short version: we only collect what we need to run the campaign, only our staff see it, and we never sell it.

What we collect
- Volunteer form: your name, mobile phone, email, ZIP code, how you'd like to help, when you're free, any notes you add, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
- Yard sign form: your name, delivery address, phone, email, sign size, and any notes.
- Where you came from: if you arrived from one of our QR codes, texts, or links, we note which one (for example "door-hanger QR code") so we know which outreach works.
- Site visits: if analytics are turned on, we use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. There are no ad trackers or ad pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
To contact you about volunteering, deliver yard signs, and keep you updated on the campaign. That's it.
Who sees it
Only campaign staff and volunteer coordinators of Linderholm for District 20. Form submissions are handled by our form provider, which processes them only on our behalf. Donations are handled entirely by our donation processor, on its own secure page and under its own privacy policy.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Text messages
If you check the text-message box, we may send you campaign texts about volunteer shifts, events, and voting. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Your consent is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Keeping it safe
This website stores no personal information itself. Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our form provider.
